How do you know what I use?
You log in at your operator or hand over your own data export, invoice or contract. We read the plan, the terms and aggregate consumption. We never retrieve call lists, messages, national identity numbers or your password.
Does commission affect the order you show plans in?
No. Commission is not a variable in the ranking. The order comes from comparable cost, how well the plan covers your consumption, coverage and flexibility.
What happens to my handset instalment if I switch?
It follows you. The instalment is a separate agreement and does not disappear because you change plan, so we subtract it before claiming you save anything.
Is it worth switching during a commitment?
Sometimes. We compare the saving against what remains of the commitment and recommend waiting when that is cheaper, with a date.
